Epoxy Flooring
Epoxy Flooring: Epoxy flooring involves a seamless application of durable epoxy resin over concrete floors, creating a strong, smooth, and high-performance surface. The process starts with surface preparation, including cleaning and grinding, to ensure optimal adhesion. Next, a primer coat is applied, followed by one or more layers of epoxy resin. Additional decorative options, such as colored flakes or patterns, can be added. Once cured, epoxy floors provide a long-lasting, easy-to-maintain finish that is resistant to impact, chemicals, and wear, making it ideal for industrial, commercial, and residential spaces.

Steps For Applying
1. Surface Preparation: Clean and grind the concrete surface to remove dirt, oils, or previous coatings. This step ensures proper adhesion.
2. Repairing Imperfections: Fill any cracks, holes, or defects in the concrete to create a smooth, even surface.
3. Priming the Floor: Apply a primer coat to improve adhesion between the epoxy and the concrete.
4. Applying the Epoxy Coating: Pour and evenly spread the epoxy resin over the floor. This may involve multiple layers, depending on the desired thickness.
5. Adding Decorative Elements (Optional): Sprinkle color flakes or other decorative materials onto the wet epoxy for a customized look.
6. Sealing the Surface: Once the epoxy has cured, apply a clear topcoat for added durability, gloss, and protection against chemicals and UV rays.
7. Curing Time: Allow the floor to fully cure, usually for 24–72 hours, before it’s ready for use.
